Kyouzon / 共存

When two multidisciplinary designers set out to collaborate, we expected great design. What emerged was something neither of us anticipated.

In September 2025, Takahashi & Lynch combined our worlds. By year-end, we hadn't just made an album. We had built a complete creative system. Music, photography, film, typography, album art, and choreography. Not separate disciplines. One unified thing.

"Kyouzon/共存” rooted in the idea of coexistence, turned out to be the only word that fit.

Every element was designed to live alongside the others. The sound informed the visuals. The movement shaped the typography. Nothing exists in isolation.

Our first single is "Tsuki/月/ Moon". It arrives with a film rooted in the Japanese Omotesenke Tea Ritual, one of the most precise and intentional human acts ever designed. Every gesture deliberate. Every pause a decision.

That's what this project is about.
This is only the beginning.
